VCA Shoreline is located in affluent Fairfield County on the Gold Coast of Connecticut. We are 60 miles from New York City, 20 miles from New Haven and Yale University, and approximately 2 hours from Boston. The rotating schedule will give you plenty of time each week to explore the beaches, hiking, biking, music, art, and all the seasons of Southern New England.
Under the guidance of the hospital Medical Director and with the support of the Regional Medical Director, the Emergency Veterinarian will see and treat a variety of emergency cases in addition to providing daytime, swing, or overnight medical oversight to ICU, post-operative, and critical care patients. Our highly trained Technical staff provides excellent support for our large and diverse emergency caseload.
