About Travis & Associates, Veterinarian Recruiters
Over the past 24 years, our firm Travis Veterinarian Recruiters has placed veterinarians and hospital managers in the top 20% of veterinary practices nationwide and in Canada. Our firm only works with privately owned hospitals. In addition, as a certified career/life coach, I bring additional expertise to support your job search. Recently, one of my veterinarian candidates said, "As an independent recruiter, you are like an impartial third party. I feel I can get the real story about the practices from you!"
For the practice owner, our firm can increase employee retention due to a unique program based on both my expertise as a career and life coach and a veterinarian recruiter. It's called the Veterinary Retention Program. It helps owners maintain their high level of clinical excellence and customer service, gives you that competitive advantage in the market place and most importantly, retains staff. We find exceptional veterinarian candidates who are self-motivated, flexible, competent, and passionate about veterinary medicine. And for the veterinarian candidate, it supports them in the new practice by giving them an independent resource to go to should challenges arrive in their new positions.
