The base salary for this position is for a 40-hour work week, comes with a production bonus, and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type. Total compensation may also include a sign-on or retention bonus. Our practice is staffed with a supportive team including a Hospital Manager, two veterinarian technicians, two veterinary assistants, and multiple front desk representatives.
Each DVM will have an assigned tech and assistant for each shift!
The perfect candidate for our team will have a passion for surgery and will be the primary surgeon for the practice.
We are open Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm and close for an hour lunch break.

Straight salary compensation model with a range of $100,000 - $130,000 depending on schedule and experience
