Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time veterinarian to join our growing team! We are a full-service companion animal practice that provides excellent service to canines, felines, and pocket pets. Our dedicated team of doctors and support staff have been providing care to pets in our community for 14 years.

• We are minutes from the beach, so our doctors and support staff often take a lunch break on the boardwalk or the beach!
• Our modern facility offers a brand new digital dental x-ray, digital x-ray, ultrasound, vessel sealing unit, therapy laser and LigaSure™.
• Our staff includes seven licensed veterinary technicians that offer years of experience to support our veterinarians.
• Our team enjoys many activities together like going to the waterparks nearby in the summer, bowling, axe throwing, laser tag, and our annual Christmas party.
• We also sponsor local community events like the Halloween pet parade in downtown Rehoboth/Sea Witch Festival and we support our local ASPCA's events.
• We are a partner with the State of Delaware for the low cost spay & neuter program and we help with donations to ASPCA and DHA.

Our Associate Veterinarian role:

• New graduates or experienced doctors are welcome to apply!
• We offer a mentorship program to new grads and growth opportunities for all of our doctors. 
• Our doctors have a 4 day/week schedule that includes 3 days off. 
• We do not have any after hours or on call requirements.
• We are open to adding new services that are of interest to an incoming doctor.
• An interest in surgery is a plus! We perform spay, neuter, dentals with extractions, mass removals, and more. Our experienced Chief of Staff is happy to mentor in surgery!
• A strong interest in dentistry is preferred and we can offer mentorship in this area, as well!
• Our appointments are 30 minute blocks and our technician to doctor ratio is 4:1.

Our location:

There are plenty of fun activities for all seasons in Rehoboth Beach, DE! We have the Sea Witch festival and Dog Costume Parade in the fall, Christmas Village in the winter, and many local beaches, Cape Henlopen State Park, Funland, and multiple water parks in the warm months and year-round shopping at our local outlets. For a more metropolitan scene, Philadelphia, Baltimore and DC are close enough for a day trip.
