West Lancaster Animal Hospital in Lancaster, PA seeks a team-focused veterinarian to join our well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Lancaster PA. Our modern hospital boasts advanced diagnostic features, dedicated leadership, and more. The priority of our committed and well-educated support staff, which includes multiple CVTs, is providing fantastic veterinary care to pets in our community.

About us:

• Our practice is equipped with ultrasound, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, and a therapy laser. 
• Work-life balance is important to us - our doctors work 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays and our schedule is flexible for an incoming veterinarian.
• We practice Fear-Free/Low-Stress handling techniques with all our patients.
• We have a technician-to-doctor ratio of 2:1.
• We also work closely with our community by providing services to our local rescues. 

Our Associate Position:

• We are looking for a veterinarian who is eager to establish long-term relationships with our patients and our community.
• Exotics experience and interest is a plus, but not a requirement.
