Compensation and Benefits

The emotional and physical well-being of our employees is important to us. Depending on the employee's status, benefits include medical coverage (including health, dental and vision), 401(k), employee assistance program (EAP), CE allowance, vacation, dues, liability coverage, and more! The base salary for this position can range between $110,000 - $135,000 annually for a 40-hour work week (4 tens) and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type. Total compensation may also include a sign-on or retention bonus.
