We are a new single-owned, non-corporate small animal hospital in northern Cincinnati just minutes from several growing communities in Monroe, Liberty Township, West Chester, and Mason. We just opened in September of 2020 and have already grown quickly! Our practice is looking for another veterinarian with strong communication skills who values a relationship style of veterinary medicine with clients. Our culture is one dedicated to being supportive and encouraging so that our veterinarians can excel professionally but also personally. Our office team is small yet we all have great personalities that get along and we enjoy having fun working together for a common goal of providing great veterinary care. We value time spent with family and friends outside of work and strive for a work life balance. We are hoping to gain another veterinarian to add to our single doctor team and are open to a part-time or full-time additional veterinarian at this time. Start date is flexible.
We primarily see felines and canines and strive for low stress visits for patients. We also have thirty minute appointments to be able to communicate services with owners. We have several specialists if needed to refer to so our clients can receive the best care for their pets.
A new veterinary addition to the team should be able to communicate client education, be comfortable with soft tissue and oral surgeries, and confidently be able multi-task well and see patients efficiently.
We have new equipment including new computer work stations, digital radiographs, anesthesia monitoring, dental equipment, and digital dental radiographs. We do not have any on call or overnight responsibilities. We do not hospitalize pets over the weekend.

Additional Salary Information: If you are desiring a full -time position, we offer a first year starting Base Salary (negotiable based on level of experience) so you can develop and become comfortable with the flow of seeing and treating patients. Production Percentage is available after year one. A part-time position will be compensated differently.

We are a privately-owned small animal practice located on the northern side of Cincinnati in Monroe. We primarily treat felines and canines at this time. We offer veterinary services and grooming services. Our team is small but fun to work with on a daily basis.
