Veterinarian Needed – Jacksonville, Florida, Pristine Beaches and Convenience of Large Town Nearby

Are you a Veterinarian that wants to work in a privately owned practice that maintains a positive image in the community? We practice quality medicine, surgery and dentistry.  Our clients are our friends and neighbors, and their pets are treated as our own.  San Pablo Animal Hospital is looking for an amazing veterinarian to join our growing small animal clinic family.

San Pablo Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. We offer in-house bloodwork and pharmacy, HD digital radiographs, class-IV laser therapy, anesthesia monitoring and digital dental radiographs. We are a privately-owned small animal practice opened 6 days per week with full-time associates working a rotating 4-4 ½ day work week. We have the convenience of referring to local emergency clinics and local specialists when indicated, as well.  Our clinic hours are currently 7:30AM-6:00PM Monday through Friday, and 7:30AM-12PM on Saturday. Our desire is to provide our clients with excellent customer service, and yet, still have “a life outside of veterinary medicine!”

What we are looking for:  We are looking for a full time associate that enjoys developing rapport with clients and their pets, determining their individual wishes and needs, and working with them to develop the best treatment plan tailored to their pet. We have a skilled and professional support team at San Pablo Animal Hospital, and want an associate that has a positive and professional attitude toward all team members and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 /year depending on experience and production.  Signing bonus offered also.

About the practice: San Pablo Animal Hospital is located one mile from beautiful Atlantic Beach, Florida, and just twenty minutes from downtown Jacksonville.  This makes it an oasis with small town charm, near a large city and many conveniences. Our Beaches area is residential with no high rises and few hotels, and plenty of public access.  There is an abundance of pristine beauty, many nature preserves and unlimited access to the St. Johns River, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Atlantic Ocean.  Downtown Jacksonville is home to the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL football team, Daley’s Place Concert Arena, The Cummer Art Museum and Gardens, The Florida Theatre, The Times-Union Performing Arts Center, as well as The Iceman Hockey team, and The Jumbo Shrimp Baseball team.  Shopping is plentiful at area malls and small boutique shops. The weather is nearly always nice. Scenic and historical towns like St. Augustine and Amelia Island are just minutes away.
