Veterinary Salary: $150,000 + production and a 10k signing bonus

Offering a $10,000 dollar SIGNING BONUS and a $150,000 base salary plus production.  Hickory, NC has the big city amenities without the big city traffic.  Three days off a week.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a family oriented team practicing high quality medicine and surgery, while establishing lasting bonds with our clients and their pets. The practice is within 45 minutes of Asheville, Charlotte, and Blowing Rock.  

     We believe it is important to provide mentorship to newer veterinary graduates to insure excellent communication skills with owners and to develop appropriate work-up plans for all medical cases and the advancement of surgical skills.  Our veterinary support team is well informed and plays an integral role in providing excellent medical care to our patients and customer service to our clients.  Our veterinarians and veterinary support staff participate in daily rounds and monthly staff meetings.  Our practice is paperless and uses Cornerstone software.    

Compensation:

• $150,000 base salary plus production

• $10,000 signing bonus

• Production base with no negative accrual
