We are a privately-owned, well-established, full-service, non-emergency, general practice companion animal veterinary clinic with a strong philosophy of nurturing happiness in our patients, staff, and community.  We consistently receive 5-star ratings on Google, Yelp, and Facebook from our wonderful customers.

We have extremely low employee turn-over.  Our practice is very healthy with multi-generational customers that have been seeing us for decades.  Some say it is the happiest clinic in Virginia!

Schedule

The practice is open Monday – alternating Saturdays. We offer very flexible scheduling.

Philosophy

I want our DVM’s to practice the best medicine possible, in their own style.  I will provide you with any and all tools, resources, and staff you need to do so.  I value good medicine over good profits, and giving DVM’s the freedom to do what they do best.

Compensation

When determining your compensation package, I want you to be VERY HAPPY.  Your compensation will be a flat salary based upon experience.  I do not offer production-based compensation because I do not want money to factor into your decision-making as you practice good medicine.  That said, I offer a VERY GOOD salary, and other types of bonuses can be considered.  The benefits package is also VERY GOOD.  I want to give you everything you need to live a wonderful life, and I’ve been known to come up with some very creative solutions.

Qualifications

1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
2. Current Virginia license or ability to become licensed in Virginia.
3. Excellent communication skills with both clients and staff.
4. Enjoys being a veterinarian, being part of a team, and helping those around you
