New grads welcome to apply and mentorship is available. We have a strong experienced technician crew. Typical staffing is 2 support (CVT/Asst) staff per DVM. We are a firm believer in work / life balance. Typical schedule is a 4 day work week with no holidays, no late evenings, and no on-call as we have 3 ER/Referral facilities within 45 minutes of our location. We are 100% paperless & cloud based, meaning you have the options to even do records and prep work from home if you so choose! Equipment includes digital x-ray w/ radiologist consult availability, ultrasound, digital dental x-ray, iM3 highspeed dental machine, full in-house labs, full outside labs, 3 anesthesia machines with proper Ax monitors, Voyant Electrosurgical system (identical to the ligasure) and cautery system, and a rigid and flexible endoscope. Our building has dedicated surgery suites, dental suites, and lab areas. We also offer an online pharmacy and utilize the Petdesk and Petriage systems to help expedite client communications.  All DVM’s get their own dedicated laptop. Salary is pro/sal with a base of $100,000 to $135,000 depending upon experience and agreed upon hours. Sign on bonus of $25,000 or higher depending on length of contract agreement. Ownership/buy-in options available after 1 year of tenure. Benefits include a gym membership, $3,500 CE allowance, DEA & Vet License dues, malpractice coverage, and health/dental/eye insurance is available.
