North Carolina is inarguably a superior place to live! Winston-Salem is “the city of arts and innovation” and is growing rapidly. It is nestled within sight of the foothills of gorgeous mountains and endless outdoor and adventure activities. The beaches of North Carolina are some of the most beautiful in world. The weather is sub-tropical with mild winters and warm summers.  One of the most appealing aspects of living in Winston-Salem is the bang you get for your buck. The area offers one of the lowest costs of living in the country without sacrificing cosmopolitan culture. Beautiful housing, both in rural and urban settings, is affordable, and taxes are ranked low.  Winston-Salem has seen a surge in growth and revitalization in the downtown area with hotels, restaurants, and apartments. In 2017, the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal ranked the city SECOND in their list of the most livable downtowns in America.

We offer a minimum, annual base salary of $175,000 plus bonus incentives and a generous $25,000 sign on bonus! Our compensation package includes full coverage health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA options),  generous CE allowance including time off for CE, 401k with employer contribution, productivity bonuses, reimbursement of membership dues, relocation assistance (if applicable), uniform program, pet care discount, and PTO.
