Compensation & Benefits 

• $110k+ base salary with production bonuses
• $12,000 sign-on bonus 
• Relocation assistance 
• 2 weeks PTO + holidays, 3 weeks after year two 
• Flexible hours- work 3, 4, or 5 days a week 
• PTO: 2 weeks + holidays; 3 weeks year two+ 
• No weekends or on-call shifts 
• Medical and dental insurance stipends

• $2,000 annual continuing education stipend
