Practice Coordinator/Purchasing Agent

Privately-owned, well-established small-animal clinic seeks a practice coordinator for our growing practice in Southwest NH; now in a recently-built state-of-the-art 5,000 square-foot facility with in-house Lab, Digital X-Ray, Digital Dental X-Ray, and Laser Therapy. This is a full-time role with administrative responsibilities. Our ideal candidate will excel in organization, client and vendor communication, staff management, and will thrive in a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding environment. We are looking for a positive and hard-working individual with a sense of humor and a team-first approach.

All staff are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. 

• A working knowledge of purchasing
• Knowledge of front-of-the-house/back-of-the-house work flow
• Knowledge of veterinary software systems
• Maintain “just in time” levels of inventory
• Maintain relationships with vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, referral hospital coordinators, veterinary specialists, etc.
• Conduct year-end Inventory
• Assist with clerical and reception duties, client communication, patient in-take and discharge, scheduling appointments, and generally help to maintain front office and exam room flow
