Orchard Village Animal Clinic, an AHAA-accredited hospital providing wellness services and complex surgical procedures, is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to add to our growing team. If you enjoy empowering others through mentorship and training, this might be the opportunity for you!

The Medical Director is a working member of the team with an additional incentive program as part of the compensation package. This role has the best of both worlds by practicing medicine in addition to leading the practice. Duties include managing the operations of the hospital and being primarily responsible and the authority to/for community outreach, client relations, staff management, coaching, and development, reviewing medical charts, and monitoring financial data to achieve budget goals.

The successful candidate will be a personable team player who is friendly, approachable, and has a client-centric approach to specialty care.

• Minimum of 3 years of veterinary experience in GP or Leadership
• Strong medical, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Interest in building and nurturing relationships with our on-site and referring veterinarians. Provide leadership, staff development, and accountability in accordance with our policies/procedures.
