We are currently seeking an associate veterinarian for a NEW-fully equipped progressive 5 doctor practice located in Mayfield, Kentucky. We are a mixed animal practice that sees approximately 85% small animal and 15% large animal cases.

We currently offer a variety of services to our clients including: digital radiography, ultrasound, dental radiography, stem cell therapy, cold laser therapy, surgical laser, chiropractic, acupuncture, and orthopedic surgery.  We have recently moved into a new 15,000 sqft. mixed animal facility in the July of 2020.  Our facility includes 6 small animal exam rooms, ICU, isolation and surgical suite.  For the large animals we have a separate equine barn and bovine facility.

Mayfield is located in beautiful western Kentucky, right off Interstate 69. We are within 30 miles of Kentucky Lake, Lake Barkley and LBL (Land Between the Lakes) to the east, the Ohio River to the north, and the Mississippi River to the west. Here we value our rich history while still maintaining a strong commitment to future growth.

About Mayfield Veterinary Clinic

We are building our staff as Mayfield rebuilds our community. We are now 1 year post tornado that destroyed our town, but not our thrive or clinic. Our company is made up of two practices. We employee 45 people, 6 of which are veterinarians (7.5:1 doctor-staff ratio). We have been in practice since 1942 and have grown exponentially over the last 8 years.
