About the Clinic:

Friendship Pet Hospital and Wellness Center is a full-service animal hospital providing comprehensive pet healthcare, serving the people and pets of the Schertz, San Antonio and New Braunfels area for over 10 years. We are looking for an associate to join our family-oriented practice.

We love knowing that our established team is focused on providing best medicine in a welcoming environment. We enjoy being ourselves and celebrating the drama free culture we have built over the years.  Each DVM practices the way he/she would like, and we support each other and our sometimes-different approaches.  We like to collaborate on complex cases!

Our dedicated team includes two doctors and a large, experienced support staff who provide exceptional care. Our team is well established with an average of 3 technicians to DVM. We have many team members that have been with us between 5 and 10 years. We have availability for same day urgent care visits as well as the typical appointments and surgery/dental appointments. We have in house diagnostics, radiograph, and surgical suite.  We do full mouth radiographs on all our dental patients and every patient undergoing anesthesia is closely monitored and charted the entire time.

About the Job:

We are a fast-paced hospital that is looking for an individual who can develop a rapport with clients and has a passion for medicine and surgery. Our ideal candidate would possess strong communication skills, allowing them to easily explain physical examination findings, treatment plans, and follow-up care to our clients. Quality is our main focus, as our compassionate team works together to provide the highest standard of care for our patients.
