Guardian Angel Veterinary Care is a lower cost clinic focusing on spay, neuter, dental and emergency surgical procedures (gastrointestinal foreign body surgeries, perineal urethrostomies, pyometras, enucleations, amputations, cystotomies, etc). We do see a small amount of 30-minute appointments, and we also offer a vaccine clinic. Our goal is to provide lower cost options for owners such that they do not find themselves in a situation where they must consider euthanasia for a treatable illness because they lack funds.

The clinic has direct digital x-ray for both general radiology and dental radiology. We offer in-house blood testing with our Heska machines and also use Idexx as our reference lab. Blood pressure, Sp02, and heart rate monitoring available for our procedures. No ultrasound at the moment but highly open to this in the future. We have great staff with two certified technicians and many other experienced pet nurses. Many of the staff have been with us for quite some time.

We are looking for an experienced vet who is efficient at spay and neuter and/or comfortable with most of those above-mentioned surgeries and dentals. The schedule is quite flexible ranging from one to five days a week- full or part-time. Other benefits: CE allowance, DEA/Liability/AVMA membership paid by employer. Pay will be based off experience level and between $70 and $80 an hour if on payroll or $85 to $95 if independent contractor. Please reach out if any questions.
