Hamilton Crossing Animal Hospital is a privately owned exclusively small animal hospital located in Westfield, IN.  This three doctor practice is expanding and  looking for a dedicated, compassionate veterinarian to add to our progressive practice, preferred experienced but willing and excited to work with a new graduate.   Full or part time options are available.  Mentorship is available if desired.   The clinic boasts interest in both traditional and eastern medicine as well as newly upgraded ultrasound, upgraded dental radiography, upgraded EKG machines, digital radiology, therapy laser, heated cages, and surgical laser therapy to name a few.  The clinic is willing to consider other machines if there is an expressed interest.  A passion and drive for surgery is a plus but not a necessity. The clinic offers full thirty minute appointment slots which allows plenty of time to work up a case and finish your records.  Furthermore, our culture thrives on a work life balance so no nights or on call.  There are at least four emergency clinics within our area that we work closely with to provide our patients the best care when we are not open. Our culture thrives on flexibility for working parents as we understand life happens.    The clinic offers seasoned staff that assist in each room.  Currently the clinic has six exam rooms with three being dedicated to canines and three being dedicated to felines.  A scheduled two hour lunch break during the weekdays and leaving by six p.m. are standard practice.     Payment compensation will be based on experience following a pro-sal structured schedule.  Fees and dues are included as well as CE compensation, free boarding, discount employee pet program, insurance and a retirement package.  

Westfield, IN is a growing area and about a ten minute drive from Carmel, IN which was named one of the top ten best places to live in the United States.  Westfield is an affluent suburb with many exciting experiences and activities. Westfield boasts a nationally recognized school system, award-winning recreational trails and parks.  The city also offer a wealth of recreation, arts and sports opportunities.  Speaking of sports with the development of Grand Park, Westfield has become a renowned sports destination playing host to national tournaments and home of the Indianapolis Colts Training Camp.   Furthermore, we are only 30 minutes away from downtown Indianapolis.  Indianapolis boasts a top rated children’s museum, zoo, and many museums as well as festivals and concerts.
