This position offers a schedule allowing for a great work/life balance - GP flex, which consists of 12 shifts per 4 weeks. You will also be eligible for base compensation, full benefits, CE allowance, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, and up to $30,000 sign on/retention bonus. If you live outside of Eastham, but are interested in this opportunity, we are happy to offer a travel stipend, as well as a schedule with multiple shifts in a row.

Additionally, if you would prefer to work 16 shifts per 4 weeks we would discuss a higher compensation package with you as well as a $30,000 sign on/retention bonus.
