Absecon Veterinary Hospital has been a busy and well respected veterinary hospital in South Jersey for over 40 years. With a quickly growing client list and a thriving emergency service, we are looking to add new veterinarians to our team in the emergency, general practice, and avian/exotics department!

We have a great team of general practice doctors and emergency service doctors that thrive in a collaborative and high quality medicine environment. Our medicine is complimented by excellent customer service that is only possible with the help of approximately 90 additional staff who are professional and client-focused.

Our large and modern facility is equipped with all of the bells and whistles needed, featuring cutting and cold lasers, digital radiography, ultrasonography, Snyder ICU units, a full service lab, separate surgery and dental surgery areas, and other advanced equipment.

We are located 15 minutes away from beautiful beaches and within an hour's drive from Philadelphia. If you are looking for growth as a veterinary professional and enjoy working closely with colleagues, then we are the place for you!

We are expanding our busy general practice and looking to provide a fully staffed 24/7 onsite emergency service. There is schedule flexibility, and available shifts include overnights for emergency veterinarians. Having a balanced complement of doctors between both general practice and emergency services provides great work/life balance for our veterinarians while allowing for superb patient care!
