I have worked in a toxic veterinary environment in the past, and I hated it!  I knew there had to be a different and better way to do things.  My wife and I bought Laketown Animal Hospital four years ago because we wanted to create something phenomenal.  We wanted a clinic that practiced high quality medicine, encouraged teamwork and collaboration among the doctors, valued continuing education, had a great support staff, and treated its employees like human beings.  And you know what?
