Communication- Maintaining a regular, disciplined rhythm of communication that maintains focus on priorities and goals is a core responsibility in leading our team.

Strategic Growth- Championing change and best medical practices to establish goals and facilitate success alongside the practice leaders & team members.

Client Connections- Lead by example to help promote, encourage, and ensure all hospital team members maintain positive relationships with clients and each other while providing the highest degree of customer service.
