• Paid mentorship (think externship on steroids!)  for new grads at highly successful and respected small animal practice.
• 36 - 40 hours per week.
• Will see own appointments so relationships can be built with clients, but will have open access to two of our most experienced doctors for advice.
• Perform routine surgeries as well as assist in any advanced surgeries that are of interest. 
• Opportunity to head to Montana to work for 2 weeks in our Darby location. Lodging and plenty of time to enjoy Big Sky Country is included.  Hiking, skiing, fly fishing, and other outdoor activities abound.
• After 1 year mentorship, we are offering reimbursement for anyone interested in certifying themselves in a specialty while continuing to work their normal hours within our practices.
• No after hours emergencies or Sundays, every other weekend off.  
• Can provide temporary housing in Indiana.

Must be DVM or equiavlent.
