Associate Veterinarian

Countryside Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Associate to join their collaborative 3 doctor practice!  We hope to add a veterinarian who is committed to both the present and future growth of this long-established small animal practice.  Countryside Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary facility offering services to the pets of Alachua County for over 25 years. We practice small animal medicine and would welcome a doctor with a passion for small animal and exotics.

We practice excellent GP care including wellness, surgeries, diagnostics, and have modern equipment including dental x-ray and laser therapy. We have a strong focus on dentistry and have 100% dental x-ray compliance. Our hospital is recently renovated to create a more modern and spacious setting.

We value work/life balance!  There is no after hours call and our doctors work 4 days a week and rotating half day Saturday. We have skilled, tenured staff and technicians to provide our doctors the support they need.  And, our team is like family!

Our ideal DVM candidate will have a positive attitude and great work ethic as well as interest in the preservation and continuity of the "human/animal bond," both inside and outside the practice. Of course, we want someone who practices great medicine, is progressive and growth oriented, both professionally and personally. We are seeking a doctor with a compassionate and kind approach.
