Our hospital is looking for a full-time veterinary technician. Experience helps but happy people of all experience levels encouraged to apply!

Licensed technician preferred but not required. All experience levels welcome to apply!
Ability to perform routine veterinary medical procedures (e.g., collect samples, draw blood, place catheters, and administer injections).
Experience with surgical assistance and radiology.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and properly restrain patients.
Ability to maintain clear and accurate records and to communicate clearly with clients.
Knowledge of spelling and meaning of commonly used veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
Ability to complete assigned tasks in the time allotted without direct supervision.
Demonstrate the ability to show empathy toward clients and treat animals with respect and compassion while maintaining a commitment to outstanding client service.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Additional Salary Information: Compensation commensurate with experience and job fitness, health insurance may be available, continuing education allowance may be available
