Our Values: We treat pets as we would our own. Our goal is to practice the highest quality medicine and surgery with compassion and an emphasis on client education. Our entire healthcare team is committed to providing personal attention to the unique concerns of each individual pet and client.

Our Facility: In our newly renovated hospital we see a wide variety of patients and we offer routine medical care, surgery, ultrasound, Class IV Laser Therapy, and behavior counseling services.

Our Package: We offer a competitive compensation package, relocation allowance, Veterinary Incentive Plan (VIP), 8-weeks paid parental leave, CE, license, AVMA and PLIT fund, 401k, health benefits (vision/dental too), generous yearly PTO, pet care discounts, and empowerment training, and our outrageous Veterinary Incentive Plan, an industry-first program that gives veterinarians the ability to share in the company's long-term growth and success.

Our Home: The community of Alma is in the heart of central Michigan. Downtown Alma has a variety of unique shops, a community theater, restaurants and a brewery. The parks system includes a beautiful river-walk park along the Pine River, and our town is only 25 minutes from Crystal Lake and a day trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Alma's school system is ranked the 4th highest in the state of Michigan. With its quiet neighborhoods, great school system, beautiful parks, and a friendly community, Alma is a great place to live and practice veterinary medicine.

Who we are looking for:

  • An experienced veterinarian, or new graduate who is ready to join an outstanding team. (Mentoring provided)

  • A proficient surgery and medicine doctor.

  • A passionate general practice veterinarian who is good with people and pets.

  • A strong communicator who loves building long-term relationships with clients, staff and other veterinarians.

  • A dedicated clinician who takes pride in your work, values collaboration and has great emotional intelligence skills.
