Village Animal Clinic, located in Oregon, Wisconsin (suburb of Madison, Wisconsin), is seeking a full-time veterinarian to join our family-oriented team. We are a busy, two-doctor, full-service hospital that provides high-quality veterinary care for small animals.  Our doctors enjoy working in a modern, well equipped facility.   We take pride in offering exceptional client education and developing a strong client base.  We have a full-time employee dedicated to staff needs, development, and well-being across the 3 clinic practice.  We are committed to a healthy, positive work experience.

New grads are encouraged to apply. This is the perfect opportunity for a new graduate to be successful under the mentorship and guidance of our collaborative team of doctors with a wide range of experience and areas of interest.   We have a generous CE program with 6 days of paid CE time.  We also encourage CE travel and offer up to $3000 in CE funds for registrations, travel, and expenses yearly.   Getting outside the practice and area is the best way to energize from CE giving everyone new prospective and opportunity for growth.

Our practice is situated in a suburban community of Madison, Wisconsin. This is a great area to live and work, as Madison is a progressive city with many amenities, such as dining, shopping, entertainment, and outdoor activities along the various lakes. This dynamic area offers something special for everyone.  It is also the home to the University of Wisconsin Veterinary School offering a wealth of expertise locally and opportunity for advanced referral.  There are also two emergency referral practices as well as a surgical specialty practice in the area offering the most comprehensive team of veterinary professionals you will find in just about any area.

We offer a generous salary with additional production bonuses, 6 Weeks of Paid Time Off, Simple IRA plan, medical/dental benefits, generous CE allowance, professional dues and liability coverage, growth opportunities, including ownership potential and so much more.

Must be able to work in the United States and the state of Wisconsin as a licensed veterinarian.  Must be able to secure professional liability insurance coverage prior to employment.  This will be reimbursed after employment.

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: Sign on bonus will be paid for Veterinarian with greater than 2 years experience and qualified, independent surgical experience. Amount dependent on experiences.
