Associate Equine Veterinarian

Diamond W Equine is currently hiring for an Associate Equine Veterinarian. We are a three-doctor equine only ambulatory practice serving the North Texas area and Lone Star Park for over 40 years. Our patients cover the spectrum from competitive racehorses and performance athletes to beloved barn pets. We strive to provide each of them with timely and appropriate care. We are searching for a motivated, dependable, and dedicated individual to help us provide people-oriented and compassionate care to our equine patients.

Diamond W provides a wide range of services ranging from routine preventative care and medical treatments to complex lameness evaluations. We also provide digital radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy, and power dentistry services. For the right individual, we may also have opportunities working on the racetrack.

Diamond W offers a competitive salary with compensation for after-hours emergency calls. Our benefits package includes paid professional dues and veterinary licensing fees, a continuing education allowance, health insurance, and paid vacation. We provide a fully stocked vet truck, paid cellphone, and any needed equipment.

We require a DVM or equivalent and the ability to be licensed in the State of Texas. USDA accreditation will also be necessary.
