Looking for a full time Chief of Staff candidate for our AAHA-accredited hospital in the highly desirable Flower Mound/Lewisville area. We are a very successful practice with a 20+ year legacy, and we are preparing to begin the exciting process of completely renovating our facility! We will have all new technology (paperless, cloud-based practice management software, tablets), and brand new equipment (dental x-ray, IDEXX laboratory machines, digital x-ray, etc). Our group has a young leadership team, led by doctors who support innovation and modern technology, but are maintaining family-owned local flavor with a large emphasis on community involvement. We have significant resources and commitment to forward-thinking tools, technology, and equipment, and encourage suggestions from our employees on how to continue to make improvements.
