Are you looking to establish yourself with and up-and-coming vet clinic that uses the latest advanced technology, and you can also enjoy many of the perks that come with an expanding business?! If so, we may be the purrfect fit for you! We are a newly remodeled, with 3 exam rooms, a surgical suite, digital xray, ultrasound, in house IDEXX laboratory and laser therapy. We have 2 assistants, 2 registered veterinary technicians on staff along with 2 receptionists. 

We are a rapidly expanding family owned company looking for someone with confidence and expertise to assist with our full-service veterinary hospital. In this role, you will be working directly with the owner, also the Head Veterinarian, whose goal is to give the new doctor the same opportunities she had to be successful. You will be given the training, support and tools needed to be the best doctor you can be! We have an experienced staff that has been voted one of the best in all of Cleveland, OH two years in a row!

Responsibilities 

-        Create treatment plans, perform surgery and maintain the highest standards of care

-        Seek out new approaches, medicines and procedures

-        Assist in creating a culture of fun and comfort

-        Collaborate with support staff to create an efficient and profitable practice

-        Provide mentoring duties as needed

Qualifications

-        D.V.M degree and completion of state licensing requirements

-        Demonstration of respectful, engaging and compassionate interaction with clients and staff

-        Conflict resolution skills

-        Desire for continuing education 

-        Flexibility and patience in time of growth and change

-        Orthopedic and advanced soft-tissue surgical experience a plus

Additional Salary Information: Salary negotiable
