Animal Medical Center of Seattle is looking for a board-eligible or board-certified dentist to join our existing specialist team in providing superior 24-hour specialty veterinary care in the Pacific Northwest. Our existing specialties include: dentistry, internal medicine, interventional radiology, surgery, oncology, emergency, critical care, neurology, ophthalmology and dermatology.

AMCS is a privately owned hospital located in a 14,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility just north of downtown Seattle. We are looking to add another dentist who shares our passion for patient/client care, continuing education and high-quality dentistry. The second dentist will join Diane Carle, DAVDC, to offer the Seattle veterinary and pet owning communities expanded access to the service. We are interviewing doctors who enjoy a collaborative environment, at a practice that values warm, personal client care.

Our dental suite includes two surgical tables, each equipped with DR digital dental radiograph systems, and IM3 PRO 2000 dental units.  We also have a CR digital dental radiograph system, electrocautery, Lightspeed and Dentsply endodontic systems, a Vetome, and titanium mini-plate fixation equipment. Our hospital is equipped with 64 slice CT, 1.5T MRI, a complete laboratory (CBC/Chemistry/I-Stat/Coag), multiple ultrasound units, anesthetic and critical care ventilators, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, cold laser as well as multiple surgical suites.  The hospital also houses the only veterinary hyperbaric oxygen chamber in the Pacific Northwest.  We don’t shy away from technology, so rest assured our emergency and specialty services are fully equipped and staffed. Additionally, we are virtually paperless with fully integrated treatment, invoicing and medical record software. We also have a full-time marketing specialist on site to promote you and your skills as well as introduce you to the referring community.  Our dentistry service is fully booked several months in advance so you can expect to be fully scheduled as soon as you arrive.

When hiring, from top to bottom, we focus on cultural fit which allows us to boast an awesome group of people you will love working with every day. We offer a competitive compensation; an excellent benefits package; signing bonus; paid relocation; and we promote a sensible work/life balance policy for all of our employees.

Seattle is one of the most beautiful cities in the country surrounded by mountains, lakes, and ocean with unlimited opportunities for hiking, camping, and boating. The city is home to Microsoft and Amazon and has an affluent, educated population.

NOTES:
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
