Team Member Quotes

I have been working at Butler Creek for many years, and from day one I felt heard and appreciated. We constantly strive to improve our patient care while balancing the financial aspect for clients and the work-life balance for our staff. I work with people who genuinely love what they do, put effort into teamwork, and respect each other. Our managers make our goals clear, and this helps me know where we are succeeding and where we need to make progress. I feel like this hospital helps me make a positive impact on the lives of these patients in a supportive environment. This is why I love it here.- Jeff Shell, DVM, Medical Director

I joined Butler Creek Animal Hospital 6 years ago when I was looking for a more family-friendly work environment.  As a working mom, I need an employer that values work-life balance. With the tenured management and DVM team, our hospital runs effectively and collaboratively.  I have found my second home at BCAH.- Lindsay McClintock, DVM, Associate Veterinarian
