           Claus Paws Animal Hospital in Vancouver Washington is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team of dedicated doctors. We are a rapidly growing four doctor practice that has been in Clark County for almost 20 years.  Our hospital continues to be locally owned and managed, with a new custom-made facility so that we may provide the best in patient care.  As a small business, we are able to offer more targeted and innovative care, rather than the more generalized care offered in some corporate structures.

             The person we are seeking will have an innate ability to understand clients’ perspectives, while also maintaining integrity and passion for helping humans and animals. The CPAH crew is made up of honest, hardworking employees, who go above and beyond for each other and the patients. Our main focus is to provide excellent medicine, while cultivating a culture of understanding and empathy toward both client and patient.

            Like most hospitals, we offer healthcare (including dental and vision), generous paid time off, flexible schedules, pet discounts, competitive salary with production, AVMA and WSVMA membership dues, and a CE allowance. On top of all of that, we strive to be environmentally minded: switching to a paper-less structure in 2015 as well as purchasing and using locally sourced products. We also have digital radiographs (including dental), a surgical C0₂ laser, and a spacious associate office located in the center of treatment.  In the near future we plan to purchase a cold laser and ultrasound.
