At Mesa Verde Animal Clinic we are a 3-doctor practice that provides gentle, compassionate care for a variety of animals. We treat dogs and cats as well as small pocket pets such as rabbits, hamsters, and gerbils. Our practice is known for being the most cat-friendly, high-quality practice, at a lower cost than most others in the area. We have a strong, cross-trained support staff that is composed of 5 veterinary technicians, one of which is certified. Mesa Verde Animal Clinic excels in customer service as well as medicine and surgery, so our client's pets can lead happy and healthy lives!

Our hours are 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday- Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm on Saturdays and we are closed on Sundays. We encourage veterinarians of all experience levels to apply as our current veterinarians are both eager to mentor and learn from a new graduate! Our ideal candidate is a veterinarian who feels as strongly as we do about the care we provide to our patients, can show empathy for both the patient and the client, is not afraid to ask questions/speak up, and can make themselves available when need be.

About the area: The Midland/Odessa area has much to offer when you look past just what meets the eye. It is located just halfway between El Paso and Dallas, and it not far from Amarillo, San Antonia, and Austin. It is also just a short 4-hour drive from the Ruidoso Ski Resort and many lakes. If you enjoy sports, there are many local football games, minor league baseball games, and NAHL hockey leagues to both attend and participate in. The Midland/ Odessa area has many assortments of museums to check out. Midland is home to the I-20 wildlife preserve, the Sibley nature center, the Wagner Noel Performing arts Center where you can see many different varieties of entertainment. This area has a little bit of everything to offer!
