Candidates must have completed a rotating internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery or Emergency & Critical Care, or have at least 3 years of emergency experience. As an emergency clinician with MVS, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our other specialists providing Emergency, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology, Oncology, Neurology, Radiology and Dermatology services – and have the support of an excellent team of certified technicians, veterinary assistants and administrative personnel. As a vital member of MVS team your practice will involve the use of cutting-edge diagnostic technology – including MRI, ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy, laparoscopy, fluoroscopy and CT. The ideal candidate(s) has completed a small animal rotating internship or has equivalent experience, able to multi-task, performs well in a team environment and excels in team and client communication skills. We perform progressive medicine, but feel that client service, referring DVM communications and staff morale are just as important. The current positions are both part-time and full time salaried positions, full time equals 12 shifts per month. |
