We at Pet Medical Care know it is a hard decision to start a career or leave an existing relationship with clinic and clients. We have opportunities for growth and multiple practice options. We are actively seeking in clinic and Mobile doctors. We keep a 9am to 5pm practice schedule to allow for good family time on both sides of the work day. Don't sell yourself short of your potential.

Join our eclectic team of individuals interested in growth and fulfilling our mission to increase the health span of all pets we see. The Boise City area has been voted one of the best places in the country to live and raise a family. It has easy access to great recreation and amenities. We have a growing population and a huge shortage of veterinarians to handle the expanding pet population. Pet Medical Care has developed a membership plan that drives new clients into the practice as well as retains clients long term. Our 2.5 doctor practice is gaining 180 new clients per month with over 50% coming through word of mouth. We are in the process of expanding into 2 new locations in the area. Whether you are a newer graduate looking for mentorship or a veterinarian looking for better clinic culture or even ownership, we are recruiting positive thinking, motivated doctors that will help open new practices and expand existing locations.

Be a motivated veterinary professional ready to focus on patient care and the ONE. We develop a "Pet Parent First" mentality that drives our daily decisions, client communication, and patient care. We truly work together as a team.

About Linder Pet Medical Care
Pet Medical Care is a growing private practice group that is located in a great area of Meridian, Idaho. The practice is a 2.5 doctor practice and is affiliated with a mobile small animal practice that has been in the area for over 40 years. The clinic has been open for just over 9 years and has grown at a rate of more than 25% a year and is on target to do the same this year. The clinic is fully equipped for medicine, dentistry and surgery. There are 26 other staff members at the facility. The clinic provides boarding and grooming. The central theme and mission of the clinic is based on the knowledge that healthy pets make for healthy people. We feel it is our job to educate the clients and be able to answer all questions asked about our patients. We have tried to create as stress free of an environment as possible both for owners and pets. We employ what we call a "Pet Parent first" mentality. Every patient we see we think first what we would do if it were our pet and make recommendations accordingly. This creates a phenomenal client experience and leads to great patient outcomes. We are down to earth with out client communications and expectations. We focus on having happy health spans for all pets.
