• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree

Madison Animal Hospital is a complete primary care small animal facility focused on providing high quality, comprehensive, and compassionate veterinary care. Our 3800 square foot facility constructed in 2006 boasts 3 spacious exam rooms (12’ x 10’), reception area, treatment ward, surgery suite, and laboratory/pharmacy all with abundant natural lighting. We are well equipped with the Idexx VetLab Station and Catalyst Dx and LaserCyte analyzers, a Surgitron radiosurgery unit, digital radiography and digital dental radiography, ultrasound, Surgivet multi-parameter anesthesia monitor (ECG, CO2, BP, Pulse Ox, Temp), and Avimark software system with workstations in each exam room, laboratory, and offices. We have a talented and collaborative support staff including two doctors, four veterinary nurses (three licensed), two nurse/veterinary assistants and three customer care representatives.  Our focus is on providing high quality, small animal veterinary care for dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, and rodents. Madison, Maine is a beautiful small town nestled on the banks of the Kennebec River in the scenic foothills of Maine’s western mountains. Madison is a classic small town that offers a taste of the arts and outdoor adventure. Lake Wesserunsett and the Kennebec River along with miles of scenic trails are prime for excellent camping, fishing, hiking, biking, golfing, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
