At Oates Veterinary Clinic, we are an exclusively small animal, 4-doctor practice, with over a dozen employees! Our current doctors all enjoy focusing on preventative care, client education, and providing outstanding patient/client care and relationships for all of our clients. We have a backbone of long-term employees, that we continue to build on, to make a team of dedicated staff to support our doctors. Our current team consists of one practice manager, two office managers, one RVT, three vet assistants, and one groomer.

Our mission is to provide the best service and care that we can for our clients, with the most modern equipment we can afford, with adequate economic return for the owner and employees. Some of our equipment includes:

New grads are encouraged to apply, as our current DVMs host a wealth of knowledge and experience, and are excited to provide mentorship and guidance no matter your level of experience. Our ideal doctor is someone who is dedicated to providing excellent care for our clients, is a strong communicator, and a great team player! We see mostly dogs and cats, but we would be open to seeing other types of exotic pets if a new veterinarian was interested in/had a background in exotics!
