Community Animal Hospital is driven by a simple idea: providing our doctors the chance to do things their own way. CAH provides doctors the opportunity to practice their own medicine. You will not be micromanaged or dictated to. Our staff of doctors have been able to pursue their interests in areas like ultrasound, behavioral medicine, and exotics. Along with the freedom to explore new areas of medicine, Community Animal hospital is focused on providing its doctors with an excellent staff to ensure your success. There will always be a CVT or Veterinary Assistant assigned to you. You will also have the chance to work alongside our board certified surgeon. This allows us to keep care in house and extend the care we provide to our patients.

Built into its name, Community Animal Hospital is focused on serving the community of Stevens Point , WI and surrounding areas. We consider ourselves a family unit and work together in synchrony to better the wellbeing of our patients and clients. Our clinic building is new with spacious exam rooms, waiting area, kennels, and treatment area.  The staff provides progressive state of the art medicine as well as up to date client education.

Community Animal Hospital offers the perfect environment for a motivated new graduate or seasoned veterinarian.  The veterinary clinicians at Community Animal Hospital can provide over 60 years experience and mentoring for a new team member. The clinical team enjoys collaboration with each other regarding cases as well as access to local specialists.

Our growth has reached a tipping point where we have to turn patients away in order to continue to serve our existing clients the way they deserve to be cared for. Adding a doctor to our practice will allow us to open our door to more members of the community that are in need of quality care.
