Northwest Veterinary Clinic of Stanwood is currently seeking an additional Associate Veterinarian to join our fantastic team.  Our team recognizes the need for work-life integration and as a practice we are continually adjusting our approach to ensure a positive work experience. We are very proud of the number of years we have been serving our community. Over these past 100 years immense growth has meant the modification of many aspects of our business to enable us to care for our most valuable resources: our team members, our clients, and our wonderful patients. With a supportive team of receptionists, veterinary assistants, licensed veterinary technicians and kennel staff, our doctors can maintain a balance of high-quality medicine and rewarding personal lives. Achieving high quality medicine is a very attainable goal, as we can collaborate with specialists who complement our own doctors’ skills.

We are located in beautiful Northwest Washington, 50 miles north of Seattle. Our location offers accessibility to hiking, snow skiing, watersports, big city life, and so much more all within doable daily travels. For families, there are many sport, art, recreational, and educational opportunities available all with a community feel.

As an AAHA accredited practice, we are proud of our commitment to excellent veterinary care. In choosing to join the Northwest Veterinary Group, you would be joining a team of fun, dedicated individuals who provide high level medical, surgical and dental care to our patients, as well as excellent customer service to our clientele. With continual growth, we are looking to expand our facility footprint. We are focused on staff training and bonding with our clients and patients. The exemplary client and patient experience are directed by our amazing group of dedicated professionals who are focused on our positive team culture.

For a small glimpse into our professional practice, view our website at www.nwvetstanwood.com. You will have access to a wide variety of diagnostic equipment ranging from digital radiology to digital ultrasound, tonometer, and digital dental radiography to a full suite of in-house lab equipment.

At Northwest Veterinary Clinic, we do not offer after-hours emergency coverage as we refer our clients to one of several nearby emergency facilities. You will appreciate the emphasis we place on integrating work with life.

New graduates are welcome to apply as well as experienced veterinarians. We have an onboarding process that incorporates key team members who will smooth the transition onto our team. Ideally, you will be able to offer high level medical care, communicate well with the pet owner, provide compassionate care, be self-motivated, outgoing, and friendly. Interaction and involvement with the community is also an integral part of our philosophy and this position.

Northwest Veterinary Clinic of Stanwood we take the health and well-being of our employees seriously, offering flexible working conditions and encouraging a well-rounded work/life balance. Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, quality health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, generous continuing education allowance and additional paid time off, numerous discounts through our partners and reimbursement for membership dues and license fees.

Northwest Veterinary Clinic of Stanwood is a part of the PetVet Care Centers network; where each network hospital is unique and connected to its community.  Learn more and apply by visiting www.petvetcareers.com or emailing your CV/resume to Ellen Wullbrandt at ewullbrandt@petvetcarecenters.com
