AAHA accredited veterinary hospital located in the suburbs of Philadelphia seeks a Veterinarian with excellent clinical and patient/client relationship skills. Experience is preferred, but we also provide mentoring for new graduates.

Our general practice has five veterinarians who work as a team to manage cases.  We treat family owned pets in the community as well as animals recently adopted from the shelter. We are a full service practice equipped with digital radiography, a multi-table surgical suite, state of the art in house diagnostic equipment, five spacious exam rooms, and an experienced support staff. Services we offer include routine to specialty surgery including Aesculight laser surgery, dental prophylaxis, chronic disease management, preventative care, and physical therapy. Our hospital is by appointment only, with same-day sick availability.

 

We seek a dedicated, caring and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to relate to our patients, clients and staff.

Candidates must have excellent clinical, diagnostic and surgical skills.  Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on patient education.   A desire to maintain a well-rounded caseload and work with a team of veterinarians and technicians to ensure the well-being of pets in our community is essential.

Additional Salary Information: We offer reimbursement for CE's, uniforms and licensure. Women’s Animal Center is a non-profit organization and student loan forgiveness may be possible based on federal student loan guidelines.
