Associate Veterinarian

Bosque Animal Clinic (BAC) is a well-established, continually growing, independently owned small animal veterinary practiced located in Valencia County, 20 minutes south of Albuquerque, NM and the Albuquerque International Airport.  Valencia county offers the small-town community feel with ready access to the hustle and bustle of a big city.  New Mexico has a lot to offer with the Sandia Mountains, Manzano Mountains, Sacramento Mountains, White Sands National Monument, Toas Ski Valley and Ski Apache just hours away.

We currently serve a diverse set of clientele and patients from both Valencia County and Bernalillo County.  BAC is growing and moving to a new building in 2021 to better accommodate our growth!  We will be doubling our square footage to include 5 exam rooms, 1 comfort room, separate feline only entrance, dedicated surgery suite, dedicated dental suite, and dedicated isolation.   We take pride in offering our patients high quality and compassionate medicine, surgery and dentistry.  We are equipped with digital full body and dental x-rays, cold laser therapy, acupuncture, full in-house diagnostic laboratory (Idexx Vet Lab Station), Idexx Veterinary Reference Laboratory, and do have ultrasound available.   Our practice management software is Avimark, we utilize Weave and Petdesk for our client communication needs and offer an extensive online pharmacy through Vets First Choice/Covectrus.

We are seeking both a full time and a part time associate veterinarian (recent graduates welcome) to join our experienced team.  We are proud to offer you:
