Brady Veterinary Hospital is hiring!

We are looking to bring on an additional associate veterinarian. At Brady, we pride ourselves on providing that personal, customer focused care and whole-pet services. We are not only interested in the problem in front of us but strive to address nutritional and behavioral questions that may impact the pet’s whole quality of life.

Brady Veterinary Hospital was founded in 1986 as a large animal practice in Montesano, Washington. Since its founding, Brady has evolved into an exclusively small animal practice. Despite this evolution, Brady’s values of innovation of compassion have remained constant.

Growth Mindset: Our doctors’ personal touch complements our focus on being a forward-thinking practice. Brady takes pride in taking on higher-level cases that are typically referred out to Specialty practices such as Addison disease management and Polycythemia Vera. Our doctors are also encouraged to take time to develop in an area of their choice. We offer competitive salary, relocation and retention bonuses and an outstanding CE budget to help our doctors grow. We have focused mentorship for new grads as well. Our current team has grown in areas such as alternative medicine and behavioral experience.

Brady’s culture is one of compassion, innovation, and collaboration. If you are a doctor who believes in a team-oriented approach to care and wants to go outside of their comfort zone, you are a fit at Brady.

How you will impact Brady

Serve more clients – The demand for serving more clients is there, but we do not have the adequate staff to serve these clients. We won’t compromise our values of personal touch and face time, so we have turned down a lot of new visits. Adding another doctor will help us serve more patients and increase our reach.

Influence the way the new space is used – The evolution of the practice has provided Brady with an opportunity to decide how the previously used large-animal space should be used. As a member of the team, you’d have the ability to influence how the space should be used and use it to help grow your own professional career.

Add another important voice on the team – Brady is not a team of individual contributors. We practice medicine as a collaborative, service-oriented team. Patients are taken care of by the practice, not the individual doctor. If you embrace that mindset, you will add another important voice to our team and improve the quality of care Brady provides.
