Lawrenceburg Veterinary Clinic is seeking an Associate Veterinary to join our team. We have been providing exemplary care with uncompromising compassion in Dearborn County for more than 50+ years. A small animal practice, providing basic care, as well as advanced diagnostic and surgical procedures, state of the art digital radiology , advanced dental care and high-speed equipment, digital dental x-ray, and pain management for cats & dogs.

We have a tremendous, family-oriented team including four highly collaborative doctors and supporting staff with a high technician to doctor ratio. There is also the opportunity to learn from very experienced veterinarians.

Job Responsibilities:

• Builds a rapport with clients
• Communicates with clients on topics such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, nutritional needs and preventative treatment
• Performs physical exams and diagnostic-surgical-medical and dental procedures that delivers the highest quality care
• Stays current with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine
• Maintains client-patient medical/surgical records
• Assists in the development of our team to ensure the highest quality of care and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• DVM/VMD degree
• Licensure in good standing
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication
• Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine
• Models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients
• Commitment to ongoing educational growth

Salary Information:
