Compassion 4 Paws is seeking motivated Veterinarians with a desire to grow with our facility. We are an Urgent Care Veterinary Clinic located in the beautiful town of Grand Ledge, Michigan.

Grand Ledge is located in Clinton County, just minutes from Lansing and a short drive to Grand Rapids.  The school district is outstanding, and the community is very involved with school activities and greatly supports local businesses.  If you enjoy the outdoors, Grand Ledge features several beautiful parks and walking trails.

Compassion 4 Paws provides urgent care services for several surrounding communities.  If you can provide compassionate medical care, want to be appreciated as a professional, and don't want to get lost in the corporate shuffle, we hope you will consider joining our team.

Clinic hours are 4:00 pm-10:00 pm during the week and 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm on Fridays and weekends.  So, you can sleep in, have your days free, and be home before too late. The hospital is equipped with all new digital x-ray and ultrasound equipment, in-house lab equipment, digital surgical monitoring, and oxygen therapy, plus an excellent work environment with a team of great support staff.

Work/life balance is a priority as no one should be glued to their job, no matter how much they enjoy the work.  Therefore, our full-time position consists of four or five (6) hour shifts, depending on your preference, with alternating weekend rotations (1-2 weekends per month).  Part-time and relief shifts are also available.

Salary is ProSal and competitively based in the area at up to $65/hr plus 20% commission based on experience, allowing for tremendous earning potential.  Other benefits include medical insurance benefit options, CE compensation, license renewal coverage, paid vacation, paid sick days and relocation assistance.

Job duties include small animal medicine, surgery, post-surgery and urgent care.
