Come join an amazing team and never have a boring day at work!  We are a 5 doctor practice in two beautiful locations. Canyonville and Myrtle Creek are small cities located in Southern Oregon along the I-5 corridor.  This is the place to live if you are a lover of the outdoors.  Whatever your interests, you will find it here. Beaches, mountains, lakes and rivers are nearby and un-populated.  We enjoy hiking, rock climbing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding,  cycling, skiing, camping, fishing, snowmobiling, and riding ATVs on back country roads and sand dunes.  Southern Oregon is the place to live, work, raise a family, and retire.  The climate is great and relatively mild.
Countryside Veterinary Service is a privately owned practice where we strive to provide the highest quality of care for our patients.  We see a wide variety of animals, including large animals, exotics and wildlife,  but dogs and cats are still the bread and butter of the practice.
If you are looking to practice in a modern facility, with the best quality equipment, and a  great team, then you should consider Countryside.  We value each and every employee and encourage our veterinarians to pursue their passions in the profession.
Countryside Veterinary Service is managed by a full-time practice manager, a full-time office manager, and a full-time practice owner with 27 years in the profession.
Services we offer to our clients are wellness and preventative care, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dental services with mandatory digital radiography on every patient, digital X-ray for large and small animals, ultrasound, outcall services, and rapid in house laboratory services.
Our offices are open 6 days a week with no after hours emergency or on call time. Our office calls range from 20 minutes for wellness visits to one hour for exotics and complicated cases.
We can provide mentoring to the new graduate, and welcome all levels of experience and expertise.
We offer paid vacation, licensing and CE expenses, retirement fund, and competitive salary for Southern Oregon.
Check out our web page to learn more about our practice!  Countrysidepetvet.com

Must have a degree in Veterinary medicine from an accredited university and an Oregon state license.

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: This is a salary position which included paid vacation, retirement contribution, paid CE and licensing.
