Wondering what cool opportunities are out there for you?  Ready for a challenge?

Let us help you find the sweet spot between being a practitioner and an owner, while growing as an entrepreneur and leader!

What’s in it for you?

Awesome benefits – Competitive salary with incentive profit sharing and sign on bonus, generous paid-time off, health care, flexible schedule, 401k, CE allowance, and the chance to be paid like an owner without all the risk!  We respect and expect work/life harmony for all our team members.

Career Development - Take your career to the next level with this chance to grow and lead a compassionate and driven team that is willing to work hard towards collective goals.  The MCAH team is just waiting for your leadership skills and business acumen to reach their full potential!  Bring your creative solutions to solve our hard problems and enjoy the career satisfaction you deserve!

State of the Art Hospital – Designed with the practice of veterinary medicine in mind – this hospital boasts 6 exam rooms (species specific), comfort room, a generous treatment area, spacious surgical suite, and dedicated dental suite.  Fear Free ideals were instilled into practice design from the color palette to practice flow, including separate dog and cat entrances. With technology at the forefront, the practice has computers in all rooms with dedicated work-stations throughout the practice.

Your Strengths!

Leadership – Together with the PM, you will enjoy the creative freedom to practice your style of leadership. Bring your passion for organizational communication, policy and procedure implementation, and coaching to bring out the best in everyone.

Quality Medicine/Quality Service - You will lead, guide and motivate your staff to provide quality medicine to every patient and outstanding service to every client.  This is a chance to build your dream team while being supported by a Leadership Team who believes in you and is committed to your success.

Resilience and Adaptibility - Veterinary hospitals are fast paced and your ability to cope effectively with pressure and setbacks will help you be successful.  You see obstacles as opportunities to grow. You are open to change and not bothered by ambiguity.

If you would like to lead a hospital that provides you the platform to excel in your career; while making an income that allows you to actually pay off your student debt - we would love to learn more about you!
