Dynamic Practice Manager Needed for fast-growing Wellness and Spay-Neuter Clinic.

The Dog and Cat Depot is the place to work! We offer the opportunity to join a fun, energetic, and compassionate team. Our vision is the standard by which we make all decisions on a daily basis—as a team and as a practice. We are looking for just the right individual with 3+ years of managerial/supervisory experience who has leadership qualities and the desire to be part of a dynamic organization. We would prefer experience in veterinary practice management, but general office/business management will be considered. The Practice Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, with a focus on strong personnel management responsibilities, including hiring, training, and leading the team. A strong commitment to client-service skills is imperative.

We are located in the foothills of the Smokies, offering high quality of living with lots of outdoor activities at your fingertips.

Competitive salary.  Email resume and cover letter with availability and desired salary to lisatwark@hotmail.com, Attn: Lisa Twark, DVM.

Visit our website at www.DogAndCatDepot.com.

Integrity is first and foremost.

Resourcefulness, resilience, adaptability and eagerness to learn and evolve.

Ability to mediate personnel issues, to include scheduling, conducting staff meetings and managing daily work assignments.

In time, other requirements and responsibilities may include:

  1. Overseeing equipment maintenance
  2. Managing practice IT
  3. Help establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  4. Oversee inventory management
  5. Oversee various compliance procedures

Compensation and benefits will be determined based on candidate's experience and abilities.

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: Competitive and negotiable.
