Looking for a lead Associate Veterinarian to reopen a small animal clinic!

Napa River Pet Hospital is a privately owned, highly successful, small animal practice in the beautiful Napa Valley. We are the sister hospital of Napa West Pet Hospital and have an established and very appreciative clientele anxiously waiting for this location to reopen!

Our ideal candidate would be an experienced, confident individual who is committed to providing the utmost in patient care and highest quality medicine. 

 

Napa River Pet Hospital is equipped with:

  • A fully equipped surgical suite
  • Full dental unit and dental radiology
  • In house Abaxis Laboratory Equipment:
  • CBC
  • VS2 for Chemistry Profiles
  • PT/PTT
  • iStat
  • Antech and IDEXX Outside Laboratory Services
  • Sound Digital Radiology
  • Sonos Ultrasound
  • Aqua-Paws Underwater Treadmill
  • Platinum K Laser
  • eVet Paperless Cloud-Based operating system and medical record keeping

Qualifications Required:

Must be licensed to practice in the state of California with 1-2 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgery.

Must be motivated and interested in general practice and have the ability to diagnose and treat general medicine cases.

Must have proficiency in most common small animal surgeries, radiological interpretation, basic ultrasound, wound care/bandaging and a familiarity with basics of small animal emergency care.

Must have an interest in assisting with management.
